In 1989 Randy C. Neal opened the doors to Car Care Specialists as a one-man manager, customer service provider and technician with the sole purpose of providing the Lincoln County community with reliable, affordable, and friendly automotive repair services. In the early days, Randy worked as a gas station attendant while apprenticing as a service technician. Since then, Car Care Specialists has grown in staff members, customers, and community affiliations.
From the beginning, Car Care Specialists has been recognized and recommended for its attention to detail, friendly staff and outstanding service. Randy’s “fix it right” attitude has never changed…. and it never will.
The Car Care Specialists’ standard of excellence has endured for nearly 20 years and continues to grow to encompass changing markets and evolving technology. Our team has grown to 10 staff members who are just as determined to provide you with Randy’s original commitment to excellent service. Ongoing training and education for all of our staff members ensures the highest levels of industry expertise. Our staff will take care of any need your vehicle may have with positive attitudes and guaranteed results.

In addition to our involvement in the community, Taft High School recognized Car Care Specialists in 2003, 2004, and 2008 with an Appreciation Award for time and work with Taft High School fundraising and special programs. Activities we have supported with include the Sports Program, Work Program, and the PTA. In 2003, and 2004 we were also recognized by Taft High School for Support and Leadership.
As the author Anthony J. D’Angelo wrote, “Without a sense of caring, there can be no sense of community.” This is a belief shared wholeheartedly by the staff of Car Care Specialists.
